Front-End Protection

We kicked off this build with a new to market Bull Bar from Rugged Bullbars. It offers serious protection for the truck’s vitals while adding an aggressive, tough look up front, essential for off-road protection and safety.

Lighting Setup

To turn night into day, we installed a complete LED lighting suite from KC Hilites Australia. All lights are wired through the Switch Pros SP-9100 system, giving the driver seamless in-cab control and a super clean finish.

Winch for Serious Pulling Power

A 20,000lb Scout Pro winch from Carbon Offroad ensures this Chev is always prepared. Whether you're towing heavy gear or handling recovery duties, this winch means business.

Suspension, Wheels & Tyres

We fitted a BDS 3” with FOX Performace Elite suspension kit to give the Chev more clearance and a smoother ride. It's sitting proud on a set of KMC wheels wrapped in Fuel Grippers, a combo made to handle tough terrain and long hauls.

Load Assist System

To keep things level and controlled under load, we installed a Logiq load assist airbag suspension system. It gives the driver full adjustability, making towing heavy trailers or carrying tools feel like a breeze.

Communication Setup

We finished the build with a powerful GME XRS UHF radio and Celfigo signal booster. Whether you’re out bush or on the highway, this setup keeps you connected and in control.
